On Site Computer Services was established in October 2003 and is based in Durban, South Africa.
We specialize in the provision of on site computer support to businesses throughout Kwazulu Natal. Over the years we have been awarded and retained the IT support contracts for some large national and international companies. This is in addition to many small to medium companies that continue to benefit from the computer support services we offer. We have helped many customers grow their businesses by improving and expanding their IT infrastructure, whilst offering sound advice and solutions. Some of these customers have grown from small home offices to national multi-office enterprises.
Our services cover all aspects of IT support, networking and computer hardware/software supply. All equipment is purchased from reputable suppliers/importers and is sold with a 3 Year on site warranty, where applicable.
We have a team of field technicians on the road at all times and a dedicated support helpdesk, allowing for prompt reaction to your computer issues. Turn around/response time is of utmost importance and is the first consideration in any interaction with a customer. Warranty claims are normally resolved by the next business day. Priority support response is same day, normally within 3 hours of a call being logged. Non-priority response is usually same day, but according to the urgency may be next business day. Remote computer support is also offered, depending on the nature of the problem, providing the PC has an internet connection. This is often the most efficient way to resolve minor computer hassles.
Over time many relationships with other reliable service providers have been developed and we find ourselves working together on projects or jointly supporting a customer quite often. The trust that has been developed between ourselves has made it possible for us to call on one another in circumstances where assistance is required. This allows us to ensure that the customer receives the best service or skills possible.
